Our Dream Team

The Dream Team is a group of incredible people that have discovered their gifts and passions and are actively serving in them. From creating a comfortable environment by serving on a Greeter’s Team or Usher Teams, to leading the next generation to Jesus by serving on a Student or Kids Ministries Team, to greeting our guest as they pull into our parking. Maybe even cooking meals for people in need because of medical needs to sitting with someone at a hospital during surgery. There are many teams to serve on.

- AREAS OF SERVICE -

BAPTISM TEAM
Our team prepares for and hosts the FLC’ baptism experience.

COOKING TEAM
Helps serve those in our church and community by cooking meals for them at various times of need.

HOST TEAM
Our team brings a personal touch to our worship experiences by hosting in the lobby, at coffee stations and in the auditorium.

EVENTS TEAM
Our team serves at conferences and church-wide events by setting up decorations and facilitating meals and snacks. This team also helps provide cleaning and freshening up our buildings.

FIRST RESPONDERS
Our team of health care professionals serves by providing basic medical care in the event of an accident or emergency.
Requirements: Medical certification, Background check

FLC KIDS
Our team invests in the lives of children through worship, Biblical teaching, videos, Small Groups, and games.
Requirements: Background check

FLC STUDENTS
Our team helps students get connected to our FLC Students ministry through, Small Groups, retreats, conferences, and serving at the FLC Students table on Sundays.
Requirements: Background check

FLC WORSHIP
Our team facilitates a powerful worship experience through vocals, instruments, and audio engineering.
Requirements: Infuse training process, Background check

GREETERS
Our team welcomes people to FLC at the front doors and hands out worship guides at the entrance to the auditorium.

MAINTENANCE TEAM
This teams help to maintain the general upkeep of our buildings and property.

NEXT STEPS
Our team serves as the hosts of the nextSTEPS, greeting guests and providing materials and assistance to those discovering their next steps at Family Life.

ONLINE CAMPUS
Our team connects with guests of FLC from around the world through our Online Campus experience with prayer and online conversations.

PARKING TEAM
Our team serves as the first impression for those coming to FLC by welcoming people on and off the property and by providing a safe and efficient parking experience.
Requirements: Age: 15+

PRAYER TEAM
Our team provides prayer covering for services, teams and ministries at FLC.

FLC KIDS Jr. - PRESCHOOL AND NURSERY
Our team ministers to children through Bible stories, worship, prayer, hands-on activities and personal interactions.

PRODUCTION
Our team assists in the production of the overall worship experience, using lights, cameras, and other visual elements.

RESOURCE TEAM
Our team enhances the worship experience by preparing worship guides, communion elements, and providing other products or materials.

USHERS
Our team of men and women assists people to their seats, facilitates the offering, and helps maintain a distraction-free service environment.
